Muchos correos postmaster en la cola Exchange 2003

Buenos días,

me acabo de dar cuenta de que existen muchos correos Postmaster en la cola de un servidor de correo Exchange 2003. He verificado que no tengo relay abierto ni nada. ¿Que puedo hacer para evitar esto?

Parece que estás bajo un ataque de NDR te paso el manual para que puedas limpiar la cola de Exchange de estos mensajes.

Junto a lo que te han propuesto tienes que poner el pozo de brea, que es una manera de ralentizar un pelín la retransmisión de correos en tu servidor, esto se hace para que a los spammers no les salga a cuenta utilizar tu servidor.

Te dejo también por si quieres deshabilitar los NDR temporalmente (no es recomendado por norma):

To disable NDRs:

• Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
• Expand the Global Settings container in the left pane, click Internet Message Formats, right-click the Default object, and then click Properties.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Click to clear the Allow non-delivery reports check box, and then click OK.

To specify who can receive copies of NDRs:

• Under Administrative Groups, expand First Administrative Group, expand Servers, expand servername, expand Protocols, expand SMTP, and then open the Default SMTP Virtual Server properties.
• Click the Messages tab, and then add an address to the Send copy of non-delivery report to field.
• Stop, and then restart the MS Exchange Routing Engine and SMTP services.
