¿Implementé ubercart y me gustaría saber de qué forma puedo deshabilitar el cache para los precios en el mismo? Gracias

Debes ir a Store Administration > Configuration > Price handler settings y allí deshabilitar el parámetro de:

'Cache generated price values until the next cron run'
